  I had the pleasure of being serviced by Steve. He was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, engaging, and made sure to offer his name before and after we discussed what was being done to ensure I knew who was taking care of me. In my book that's AMAZING service!

  We moved to Menifee last July, but my wife and I continue to bring our cars down here to get serviced because we love the customer service! We usually work with T.K. and he has been a great help from our first encounter with him last year.

  Being a female, going into a dealership Service Department can be a scary and stressful thing because ASMs tend to take advantage of us. However that was not my experience here! Both Randy Tong and Andy Taing were very polite, transparent and extremely knowledgeable...basically they know what the hell they're doing and how to treat people! I highly recommend them and Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa!

  Quick Shout out to T.K. Service Advisor he takes customer service to a higher level, he always gives amazing service and is always trying to help me in any concerns that I have, whenever I have some sort of service due for my vehicle he's on the top of it setting up a time for me to bring my vehicle in, so far I've been able to get service immediately and he's always helpful and shows he really cares for me. I can say I've never experienced better customer service than TK's, he makes customer service seem like its not a business but like a family member/friend trying to help me. Props to TK!
